1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Agreement” means this Agreement.
1.2 “Client” means the party whose details appear at the bottom of this Service Agreement;
1.3 “Company” means Pace Group, Registration Number: 2012/118199/07

2. SERVICE AGREEMENT
2.1 The company operates as a driving school and a vehicle registration service provider;
2.2 The client agrees, for the duration of the Service Agreement, to book or reschedule all driving
lessons directly with the office and not the instructors or any other third party;
2.3 Refunds can only be processed after payment reflects on our account;
2.4 The client agrees to reschedule or cancel their lesson at least 3 hours before the lesson, directly
with the office;
2.5 All lessons not rescheduled or cancelled 3 hours prior to the booked time will incur a service
charge i.e. the client will be charged for the full lesson;
2.6 The client is fully responsible for attendance to their booked lessons and communicating with
the office if unable to attend at least 3 hours before the lesson;
2.7 In exceptional circumstances where a valid reason out of the client’s control materializes, such as
relocation outside the region or illness, valid evidence should be provided to consider a refund. A
refund may be granted only when the client finds a replacement to take over their package i.e. the
new client will pay for you to receive your refund.

3. COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION
3.1 The client agrees that this Agreement shall commence on date of signature and terminated once
the client no longer requires the services of Pace Group.

5. N.B there is extra R30 for parkings AUTOMATIC & CODE 10.
